I took screen shots at 32 responses (they’re still trickling in, a couple a day) to share with you.

A bunch of you told me that you enjoyed filling out this Questionnaire. Boy, am I ever glad to hear that cos I wanted it to be fun, easy and fast for you. Looks like it worked, yay!

Q & A 1. What in your opinion is Coach T.I.A all about?

  • With a name like “T.I.A – Take Inspired Action” you all scored top of the class marks for saying “Take Inspired Action” - 85% of the responses. Did I make that too easy for you?
  • Law of Attraction and Personal Development scored as expected.
  • I snuck in Being Intentional & Making Choices (36%) after half the responses had already come in, so that’s a good show of hands.
  • Tips on Happiness and Fun at 72% - that surprised me! Apart from the Top Tips for Happiness manifesto I give away when you sign up for the Ezine, I hadn’t paid much attention to it so it’s very interesting.

Q & A 2. What would you like to see more of on the blog?

You all said you liked having a few options to choose from and as a result, came up with some fab answers.

  • Tops on the list with 70%, is How to Take Inspired Action
  • Law of Attraction at 50% wasn’t a surprise but the high 56 % of you for whom Life Balance is an issue is an eye opener. Many of you feel pressured to do it all & have it all.
  • Living Intentionally 45% - again, snuck this in half way thru the survey (by now you’ve guessed this is a recurring theme).
  • Snuck in Social Media Tips & Strategies midway & got many comments asking for more. I may keep that for the other site I’m launching specifically on Intentional (there’s that word again) Social Media.

Q & A # 3: How does the Coach T.I.A blog make you feel?

The Vibe question. Reading the answers makes ME feel Inspired, Happy and Energised! I put in the 1st two options after 70% of the responses had come in.

You’re probably wondering what those comments say, huh? I’ll share a few:

  • Entertained!!! :-) (and proud to know you!)
  • The content is great and I love the enthusiasm that shines through…but (I mean “and” ;) there’s so much going on in the website (links, Twitter feeds, etc.) that I’m left feeling a bit overwhelmed.
  • Optimistic! I can do it – Yes I can! Connected – as in “I’m not the only one who…”
  • You’re saying in your blog what most others allow themselves to only think, secretly. The world needs more people being open & honest – SOCIETY needs more. Who we really are – what we think, feel & do, be that ideal or not so – is the greatest teacher of all.

(Wow, some of this stuff you said was so MOVING! I’m just so touched by the comments. Thank you whoever said that!)

Q & A 4: What would you like to see me do next?

To the smart alecks who said “bake me cookies” and “sing karoake” I know who you are and I’m going to TP the tree outside your homes tonight. J/K I’m not going that far to do it, consider yourselves cyber-TPed!

The rest of you want to see me squirm in front of the camera, like the time I asked a stranger to shoot me making a Gratitude Video for Alex Karis’s Hurricane of Gratitude.

Or when I faced my fears by hugging strangers in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery last Thanksgiving.

Or huffed and puffed my way through a very mixed up spiel on Journeys and Destinations and Mothers giving birth, in Queenstown last summer...

Q & A 5: What’s your most pressing, current need / challenge?

Ok so I did this one a little differently – out of the 30+ responses, I’m only posting the 1st 9 cos the others have names & personal details that I’m not going to share for privacy reasons. I’ll state for the record that the top 5 challenges you’re facing (if any), are:

Summer Solstice Intentions – Bring on Clarity and Intent, Baby!

Summer Solstice Make an IntentionToday is June 21st, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, also affectionately known as the Summer Solstice. I have it on GOOD authority from my favorite astrologer friend Kim Falconer and twitter friend Sophie (also mentioned in previous post) that anything you intend and create today and till June 24th is very powerful and will manifest within 6 months.

And when I felt a sudden bout of authenticity coursing through my senses 3 days ago and was compelled to talk about it here as well as on another forum I’m part of, it came along with the Mother Of All Headaches and wiped me out so completely that I couldn’t even move from my bed till past noon yesterday.

Now, I have 2-3 headaches a YEAR, and mostly when I’m sick so this was very unusual. At the same time my friend Kathy sent me a link to Sophie’s website and it all started making sense. Here’s what I read:

The December 08 winter solstice was unsettlingly powerful and kicked the cosmic doors open even more so than the consciousness upgrades of the previous 6 years. And now this coming Summer Solstice is pushing us beyond what most of us can comfortably accommodate!

Physically, it can be a little uncomfortable: from a tingly sensation, to heaviness in the head and neck, which could turn to a full blown headache. Vivid dreams, sometimes disturbing.

“Holy Moly!”, I thought. Here’s an explanation that makes my senses tingle. There’s no question about it, my dreams were incredibly vivid and I had developed a sudden pain under my right shoulder blade which made no sense at all. I went to bed with the aches and pains and knew when I woke up things were going to be very different and my body would feel great.

Haazaah! Bouncing out of bed this morning I felt so ALIVE and one with this world that you could see my cells dancing around with sheer abandon and pleasure and happiness washing over me like ocean waves …. It was so intense and joyous a feeling that I just HAD to tweet:

:D :D Feel like a superstar! Full of energy, :) ’s, excitement & joy as I listen to playlist & make my list for the U!   And it’s no co-incidence that the SUN is out today after 3 days of raining on my parade :) YAY!! Summer Solstice, ask for what you want!

You know what the best part is? It’s not just me. I’ve had many friends tweet and talk about how things are stirring up for them and lots of healing seems to be happening around old, past issues – ALL in the past week.

This is a good time to forget, forgive and heal those parts of you that need your love and compassion. Anytime is a good time for that but I’m not averse to a little cosmic help to move things along.

So with that in mind, here are my intentions:
I live my life with passion and courage, vulnerability and authenticity.
I show up every day in every way – what you see is what you get.
I trust and know that I am provided for in nurturing, exciting ways.
I love and inspire myself and everyone who enters my consciousness.
I am a true leader, who walks along the same path as you.
I am a money magnet attracting $ easily and in big sums. BIG.
I am ridiculously happy and content, my dream life is my real life.
I am classy and graceful in all my interactions with people.

6 Steps to Release Attachment and Manifest Your Desires Faster

On the topic of LOA … you already know how important it is to let go of any sort of neediness, Attachment Graspingdesperation or attachment to manifesting your desires once you’ve set an Intention to attract them. Right?

But sometimes as you ALSO probably well know, it’s hard! When you really want that vacation, a raise, a new relationship, new clients, more time, a successful business, how do you let go of the attachment to the outcome?

1) Turn it over to the Universe

Write a list and get the Universe on the job. Throw a tantrum if you have to like I did last week! I told off the Universe for not doing the job, wrote a list of what I wanted, stuck it on the wall and said “All yours Universe, time for you to Step Up to the Plate thanks!”

2) Check your receiving radar

The Universe often delivers pretty soon after a demand like that! If you find yourself still sabotaging what you want, or if you get part of it but not all, sit down as ask yourself “am I really ready to receive”? There could be a block within that you may need to acknowledge and it’s now up to YOU to make sure you’re really ready to receive.

3) Change focus

After asking for something and giving it the energy etc, go do something else to take your mind of it. The more you start thinking about it, anxiety starts to creep in. So once the desire has been set, just stop thinking about it too much and wondering when it will happen.

4) Have Faith and Trust

Use words of trust and faith, belief and knowing that what you want is now yours in most magical ways. By refusing to wonder how, when, where etc, you’re trusting that the timing is always perfect and although you can’t see the bigger picture, you KNOW you’ll get what you want when the time is right.

5) Are you in Alignment?

Check to see how you’re still feeling about your desire. If fear has crept in, it’s a reminder to manage your vibe and get re-aligned with what you want. This is a daily practice! Music, visualisation, scripting, day dreaming all work for me, find something that works for you.

6) This or something better

Repeat after me: “This or something better is now manifesting in my life for the highest good of all concerned.” When you say this, instant peace. Cos that’s exactly what will happen.

Maybe something is on it’s way that’s even better and beyond what you could have dreamed up for yourself. Have patience, trust the process and do your part by keeping yourself in alignment with your desires.

Try these practices when you feel that familiar attachment creep up on you to help bring you back to what’s really important – being happy in the here and now.

7 Fun Ways to Manage your Vibe!

Manage your VibeThose of you who practice the law of attraction know by now that it’s not just your thoughts that are important to watch,  it’s your vibe (energy you bring to what you are creating) where it all starts.

This came up again today on an amazing forum I’m a part of, where we are sharing our best practices, i.e., what we do to bring up our vibe / energy to high levels and how we can maintain them. 

I KNOW some of you have similar questions so I’m sharing what I shared on the forum and hope you’ll be inspired to find some ways that work for YOU too.

In which you Know What You Are Good At & Acknowledge It: 

For e.g.: What I do really really well is follow my fun, take inspired action and do what feels good! If that means not leaving the house for 2 days, so be it. If it means baking cakes at 10pm and eating half of it, I do it. If it means waiting till the last minute to make a decision, I do and it works out perfectly!

Sometimes it can feel like your inside child / teenager is running the show and all you do is make sure she/he has the space and freedom to follow her heart. Let them rule for a bit and see what happens.   

Action: Take a piece of paper or open a word document and write down ALL the things you are good at. 

In which you Learn Quick Fun Ways to Manage Your Vibe:

It MORE than helps to keep in mind that feeling good is what counts and will lead you to what you want.

o    Gratitude and appreciation are big – Wherever you are, look around and find something to appreciate. Usually something you take for granted that you’d really miss if it wasn’t around. E.g.: When I’m in the kitchen I’ll look at my microwave and smile cos I’m so happy to have it! And the green doors, the flowers my friend got me, the cute orange rug – I REALLY love and appreciate all my stuff everyday!  

o    This can lift your vibe sky high: put on a collection of happy songs (I created one especially for upping my vibe http://blip.fm/tia_singh)  and do a happy skippy dance or sing out REALLY loud to them. As you do, thank the Universe for your perfect life, awesome new home, fabulous clients, gorgeous bf/gf, promotion at work and everything else you have or are manifesting.  

o    Take out stuff you kinda like or are tolerating – you know, those things that don’t make you happy looking at them (like old clothes you no longer like, papers all around, the cushion covers that need to R.I.P) – and let ‘em GO. Give/throw/sell. It’s a GREAT way to feel lighter and happier and you’ll be creating space for what REALLY gets your groove on!

o    Rev up the MONEY vibe – When you take $ out of the ATM, whip out a pen and add numbers to it. E.g. if it shows $5,000  make it $50,000 or $15,000. Pick a number that feels GOOD to you and makes you smile. When bills show up, how about being appreciative of  the $ in your bank that lets you pay them? I usually say a little thanks and pretend its money coming in ;) hehe.   

o    Cultivate Trust and an Inner Knowing – that things always work out in your highest interest even if you can’t see that at the moment. Don’t be attached to having it the way you want. Ok we all get attached sometimes but if you can let that go (by focusing on what’s really behind that desire – happiness, love, joy etc.) you’ll find that you can be happy here and now. Practice makes perfect so keep practicing this belief till it starts feeling real to you.   

o    Use your environment! I have little pretty sticky notes with short goals like “work 15 hours a week ” and “100 articles on EzineArticles.com by July 2009″ stuck on my wall so I can see them all the time and keep focused. Think of how you’ll feel when that goal manifests and be that way now.  

o    Pictures!! LOTS of photos of friends, good times at beaches, patios, concerts etc – pix of times you were really happy – create a picture wall and look at it when you need a vibe upper. Also a reminder of all that’s already good in your life and an indication of just how much you have ALREADY manifested.

I choose EASY!

I choose EASY!

So I was hanging out in twitterverse when I came across this quick post by Jeannette Maw and I went YEAH! That is SO not me either.

Granted it’s a story we’ve heard all too often – fight for what you want, never give up, good things come to those who persist, you’ve got to work hard, nothing comes without a struggle etc etc.

Ugh. I can feel my body react to these words in a way that just puts me off doing anything at all.

I’m not kidding when I say I’m addicted to EASY.

It’s time for easy to stop being a bad word.

Doing easy, letting things flow is FUN. And effective!

If you’re anything like me, you like to manifest and attract the things you want rather than swimming upstream (ie, working hard).

When you’re out having fun and doing what feels good, that’s when magic happens.

So let go of the notion that getting what you want has to be hard work. It doesn’t.
